This is the perfect budget stay in the perfect location! Sapphire House condominiums offer a simple and no-fuss accommodations with everything you’ll need to enjoy your vacation.

Walk to Sapphire Beach in about 5 minutes, drive or take a safari taxi to the Red Hook area in less than 5 minutes, and find more local beaches, Coki or Linquest Beach, in less than 10 minutes.

Cozy and very functional for up to two people, this tiny living space is the perfect location to do all the things!

Enjoy a private balcony, a full kitchen, and full bathroom. This is a studio condo so you will find your living, dining, and sleeping all in one spacious room.

You will have access to the entire studio condo.

There is also a community laundry room that is shared with other residents and guests. The washer cost is $2 per wash and the dryer is also $2 per dry.

The laundry room can be found on the opposite end of the building. Walk out of your door and turn right. Walk down the hallway, and outside. On your left, you will see the laundry room.

The Sapphire House condo is located in an awesome and busy area of St. Thomas!

This is a great location if you like to keep busy on vacations. Walk to Sapphire beach, two restaurants, and less than a five-minute drive to Red Hook! You will also be close to the ferry for St. John and several other beaches.

We highly recommend renting a vehicle during your stay. While there are taxies available, they can be expensive and take up more time during your day. Free parking is available at this condo as well.

1. There is NO backup generator at this property. When the power is out on the island, you will not have wifi or electricity. There is no guarantee for electricity at this location.

2. This is a condominium unit. You will walk through community halls to reach the door to the unit. Also, please be aware that there are three flights of stairs to climb and no elevator.

3. You will share a wall with guests that stay in unit #301. Please be respectful of noise and loud voices.

4. There is only a partial ocean view at this property. The balcony over looks several parking lots that’s service surrounding condominium communities. To get to Sapphire Beach, you will walk through these rocky, un-paved parking lots.

5. Wi-Fi and TV connections can not be guaranteed. Being on an island can cause spotty or irregular connections. There is no guarantee for wi-fi or internet connection at this location.
